Top Dallas REALTOR Alex Prins Sells More Homes In 2016 - Million Dollar Listings

        2016 has been a big year for Alex Prins Real Estate.  I have been steadily helping home buyers and home sellers all over Dallas find a place to call home.  Being a Real Estate Agent is by far one of the most fun and rewarding careers that I have ever chosen to take.  I am 30 and I was previously in the skin care industry.  Real Estate is my home tho.  I plan on doing this for a long time.  

        My first year as a REALTOR was very challenging.  This year has been much better.  I have sold almost 5 million dollars in listings!  Wow!  That is a lot of homes!  I have work endlessly to keep doing better each month.  I am very goal oriented.  All my Real Estate clients are my top priority.  So in order to stay a Top Dallas REALTOR, I have so set the bar even higher next year.  With that said I am going to make it a goal to sell more Luxury Listings next year.  Also, I want to sell a multi-million dollar listingas well.  

        Selling luxury listings and a multi-million dollar listing next year will be a good challenge for me.  I deal with a lot of home buyers with an average budget of around $350,000.  That is a great amount, but I want to sell a couple of home in the $750,000 range and above!  I know next year is gonna be an even bigger year for Alex Prins Real Estate and I could'nt be happier.  I am so blessed!  Call me for all your buying and selling needs!

        2016 has been an exciting year for Alex Prins Real Estate!  It is my second year in business as a Dallas REALTOR and I could not have had a better time.  I have won multiple awards for my efforts throughout the past two years.  Also, a I have recieved amazing reviews from all of my clients.  I have a 5 star rating on Google from all my clients.  This is great for my growing career and is a huge achievement.  I am truly blessed. 

        Dallas Real Estate Agents and Dallas REALTORS come in many shapes and sizes.  I rub elbows with some of them at events, MLS mettings, at the closing table, and around town.  Being a real estate agent is part of a bigger network of professionals.  There are so many that I look up to.  I know some of the best and have learned from some of the best.  My broker, Coldwell Banker, has taught me so much as well.  I look forward to upcoming years with them.  They featured me in Advocate Magazine as One Of The Best REALTORS in their office and I am expected to win 2 awards next year for my production numbers.  I have closed a lot in the short time that I have been with Coldwell Banker.  I am so excited to see what could happen and how this could affect my business.  I mean...we all like getting awards and I will be more than honored to be recognized for any of my efforts. 

        Truth be told is that I would be nothing without my abitions, my drive, and my amazing clients.  Being a Dallas Real Estate Agent means that you have to be a people person.  One thing that I do is I always try to get personal with my clients and keep full lines of open communication with them.  That means I text, call, email, Facebook, and on occasion write letters.  There is nothing too big or too small when it comes to staying in touch with a client.  I have said from day one that I want to be one of the Top Selling REALTORS in Dallas and desire to be one of the most Award Winning REALTORS in Dallas.  I have a lond way to go!  There are other agents selling double, triple, quadruple the amount as me.  Not all of them are putting their stamp on business as I am trying to do.  I want to take Dallas Real Estate by storm.  I'm prepared to keep chipping away in order to raise to the top.  All I can do is stay positive and see what 2017 holds for Alex Prins Real Estate!  Call me for all your buying and selling needs.

        Rogue One A Star Wars Story hits theatres December 16, 2017 and is going to be a big hit among movie goers and fans worldwide.  Critics are already saying Rogue One is better then The Force Awakens!  Rogue One is from the Star Wars franchise.  It is about a band of misfits looking to steal the plans to the Death Star.  Even tho it is a sci-fi movie there is something to take from it and used to be a Top Dallas REALTOR.  

        Becoming a Real Estate Agent is a career that millions of people choose each year.  Some make it in this industry, and some don't.  To make it to the top you have to stand out.  Otherwise you will get lost in the pack.  Being a misfit, Rogue One, means that you have to take risks.  You can't get by with only traditional techniques of marketing.  Essentialy you have  to use the Force!  Yes, I said to use the Force!  In todays fast paced Real Estate Market there are a million social media outlets, platforms, and different ways to promote yourself.  It can be a little overwhelming at times.  Once you have sorted through all the mess, you have to tap into alternative and non-traditional techniques.  

        As a Dallas REALTOR looking to be on top, I have to take risks.  One of the first steps is to not listen to anyone.  Don't let someone tell you what you can and can not do.  Yes, as a REALTOR you have certain guidelines to follow, but throw out the rule book.  Some of the things I do is make my own tshirts.  I slap goofy, but catchy phrases on them and use myself as a walking billboard.  I write blogs about all the crap I see in the industry.  The good, the bad, and the in between.  Sometimes they can be a little raw, but this is a tough industry and sugar coating it doesnt work all the time.  Also, another thing that I do is I contact different media outlets and try to pitch a story about something that Alex Prins Real Estate is doing in the community.  I have had some success and had some blogs written about me on Real Estate Blogs withing Dallas, but I would love to have a large story written about something I am doing.  Free press is the best form of marketing after all.  

        Being a Rogue One is a challenging task.  I have to be creative and willing to go the extra mile to try and get my name out there.  Sure, I can make cold calls, go door knocking, and do front desk time at my office to try and produce some business for myself.  I personally would rather take risks.  Being unconventional is the only way to truly make an impact.  Currently I am emailing casting directors trying to pitch a Real Estate Reality Show about myself...I don't know how I come up with this stuff, but I have ambitions.  One day all my efforts will make me the best Dallas has to offer.  Call me for all your buying and selling needs.  In the mean time go see Rogue One in theatres and think about Alex Prins Real Estate as one of the little Rebels fighting the Death Star.

Make The Most Money When Selling Your Dallas Home With A Top Dallas Real Estate Agent!

        When selling your Dallas home there are many things going through your head.  Different people sell their home for different reasons.  Sometimes you sell your home because you are relocating to a different state, because your family is growing, or perhaps you want to down-size.  Whatever the reason there is one constant thing I find in common...and that is how to make the most money possible when selling your home!  

        As a Dallas Real Estate Agent I have seen it all.  I get phone calls constantly from home owners wanting to sell their home with me.  I always get an instant rush when I get that phone call.  One of the most exciting things is the unknown of what the home looks like until I walk through that front door.  Google helps out a lot when I plug in an address and I can get a look at the street and the outside of the home, but the inside is always a huge surprise.  You would think that someone who is planning on selling their home will have the home in top notch condition.  That is not always the case.  Some people get the home "show room" ready and other times the home looks like a bomb went off inside.  

        There are some quick things that can be done to make your home ready to sell.  Also, these items will help you get more money for the home.  Buyers in Dallas are very visual.  If you have the home looking ready to sell then home buyers will pay more.  Some things that can be done are painting the walls a nutural color, shampoo the carpets, mop the wood floors with a brightening treatment, planting flowers around the entry way, and taking down all the clutter and excesive personal photos.  You want people to imagine themselves living in the home.  Also, you want the home to look fresh and less lived in.  You have no idea how paint and deep cleaning will help.  These items will also make the home stand out in photos.  You can get all this done over a weekend and spend around $500 or so to get it all done.  In the long run you are gonna make a lot more money when your home sells.  You can add an extra $10,000 or so on a home that looks freshened up as opposed to one that is dirty and cluttered.  A home that does not show well to perspective buyers will sit on the market longer and you will make less money. 

        I am a Top REALTOR in Dallas.  I like to ensure my clients that when selling their home with me they will get the most money as possible.  The items that I listed above seem like a no-brainer, but you would be surprised.  A home does not sell itself and as your REALTOR there is only so much that I can do.  Getting your home ready to sell will in fact make your home sell.  Not getting it ready to sell will make it not sell.  It seems easy enough, but I have seen homes that are considered Luxury Listings and they sit on the market for months and months because of how the inside looks.  And on the other hand I have seen small little 2 bedrooms homes that are super clean and freshly painted and they sell in the matter of days of hitting the Real Estate Market.  Call me for all your buying and selling needs.

        Not all Real Estate Agents and Real Estate Companies are created equal.  Some real estate companies work very hard to make sure they have an outstanding reputation.  They build a brand, set ethics for their agents to follow, and have some of the Top Producing REALTORS in Dallas.  

        I love working in Real Estate.  As 2016 comes to an end I am happy to say that Alex Prins Real Estate of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has produced huge margins from the previous year.  This was in part of having an amazing brokerage to work for and never giving up.  Alex Prins Real Estate is a brand that I am building.  It is my hope to have other Dallas Real Estate Agents work under me so we can be one of the Top REALTOR Teams in the DFW Metroplex.  This takes time.  For the moment I am focusing on building my brand and put systems in place so I can stand on my own before bringing in a team of people; Phase 1.  In Phase 2 I will begin to add other real estate agents to help me.  In the future Phase 3 would be obtaining my real estate broker license.  

        Dallas is full of Top Real Estate Companies.  Some of them include Allie Beth Allman, Ebby Halliday, David Perry Miller, and many others.  They all started out as individuals that built a brand.  I hope to do the same.  Though, always stay within the Coldwell Banker family.  They offer me so much support.  One day Alex Prins Real Estate will be a top producing machine.  Possibly opening my own Coldwell Banker office in Dallas.  2017 is coming fast and my eye is on the prize.  Taking it one step at a time to be the best oneday.  I am thankful for all I have been blessed with.  Thanks for all the support.  Call me for all your buying and selling needs.
