Top Dallas Real Estate Agent Uses Film To Sell More Homes And Connect People On A Global Level

Wow, I have officially been in Dallas, TX for 6 years!  Summer 2018 made it official.  Dallas is home and I couldn't be happier.  I didn't really have any doubt it was home, but as each year goes by my bond with Dallas grows stronger and stronger.

Dallas welcomed me with open arms when I moved here in June 2012.  It was not easy at first.  The city had so much to offer, but at times it is easier to run away rather then go through the highs and lows of living in a new city.  Dallas is massive in size, there is new construction every where, it is home to numerous Fortune 500 companies, it is home to professional sports teams like the Dallas Cowboys, there are millions of amazing people here, and so much more.  Yet, when I first moved here I was in a career that was sucking the life out of me and the "Big D" was overwhelming.  So I took a deep breath.  I decided to embrace the city for everything it was worth.

I decided to become a Realtor 4 years ago.  It hasn't been very easy, but I feel I have finally grasped a hold of it.  In Dallas we would say we have "taken it by the horns"....I wanted a career where I could run my own business anyway I wanted to and let my creative juices run wild.  We only have one life to live, and I did't want my talents to go to waste.  I wanted to live the best life I could while using my passions, my creativity.  My mom would agree with that.  There is nothing worse then not living to your full potential.  So as I have become settled in my Real Estate Career I am taking my marketing and story telling to the next level.

Home.  What does it mean?  Behind every home is a story.  Behind every Realtor is a story.  Behind every person is a story.  The Dallas Real Estate Market is booming.  It's eat or be eaten.  So I am using my talent in film to help set me apart from all the other Top Realtors.  Ever since I was little I loved film.  I had dreams of becoming a film producer, writing movies, and even acting in movies.  Now as a Realtor I get to do both.  I get to tell my real estate story.

I have starting creating and producing my own films.  I started with an iphone and created my first short film, Make A Heart A Home, and it was a global success.  It was a story about me being adopted.  It was featured in newspapers across the globe.  I recieved emails from hundreds of people sharing their adoption story with me.  It was very overwhelming.  Since then I have made a sequel and now am producing my own real estate commercial called, Earth Home Dallas.  It is a short video clocking in at about 1:20 minutes.  In that short time it is my goal to tell a story about earth, how big earth is, and that Dallas is my home because it has heart.  Hopefully, people will connect to it.

Real Estate is my passion.  I wake up everyday loving what I do.  As a business owner I have to stand out.  I have to be different.  I hope these small stories that I tell express how important home is.  I never want to be that Realtor that shoves themselves in your face and asks for your business.  Actually, with my films I do the opposite.  I try to create something that is moving, something that is heartwarming.  If the universe wants to put more business on my plate then I will be thankful, but connecting people is more important.  I am on top of my game as a Realtor.  I have been setting records at my office.  Last month I was ranked #4 in sales.  I don't know what the future holds, but I look forward to being the best I can be.  God bless.
